From North of Charlottesville
Take 29 South to Rio Road. Turn East (left). Proceed approximately 2.5 miles.
The name of the road changes to Park Street, but it is the same road all the way.

There is a traffic light at the intersection of North Avenue and Park Street. Turn left at the light and proceed east on North Avenue to the second left at Ashby Place.
Turn left on Ashby Place. It is a cul-de-sac/dead end, but there is a second cul-de-sac off the left of Ashby Place. This is Fern Court. 2nd house on the right - Look for the red front door, but enter through basement door on the right.

From South of Charlottesville
Take 29 North to the 250 bypass. Head East on 250 to Park Street. Turn left on Park Street and go to the first traffic light. Turn Right at the light onto North Avenue. proceed east on North Avenue to the second left is Ashby Place.

From West of Charlottesville
